Description of the service ordering process
In order to use our service without any restrictions, you can purchase a Pro account on 1/3/6/12 months. To do this, you need to go to the purchasing page (
http://speechyard.com/premium/), select the term you want to purchase a Pro account and click "buy" button.
Information on the service delivery
When making a payment by credit/debit card, your account will be switched to the Pro immediately. If the payment is made by bank transfer, then it may take 3-5 business days to switch your account to the Pro.
Description of the refund procedures
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please let us know within the first five days upon the date of purchase and we will refund your money.
